I’ve been taking HH for a year now and I can honestly say it helps a lot. Periods feel “normal” with cramps being just a memory now. To top it off, my hormones during my last blood test were all great levels. Passionfruit is my fav then lemon. The white peach is def a nice difference especially when you’ve been having it after a year. Thanks to the Moom team!
Still new to taking Happy Hormones but I’m glad I started! Will try to report back on its effects in the long term. I’m taking mine with a teaspoon of chia seeds so I’d get the extra boost of fiber. Would love to try the other flavors once I finish the batch that I still have.

Ever since starting off with Happy Hormones in Lemon flavour and mixing it with my morning protein juices. I felt more awaken and lively. It definitely is worth the hype. Happy Hormone is my savior because I need the INOSITOL to take because I have PMOS/PCOS but I cannot find the perfect ratio combo one here in Brunei luckily I see Moom in Facebook so I Order the happy hormone and meta boost they are great I feel the result already my lrregular period come after 1 month using HH and meta boost it curve my craving and I ate small portion now not cravings for sweets i feel full always now I subscribe 3 months with magnesium .
