I've been having pain and inflammation of my finger joints for years. I often have to sleep with finger splints or take anti-inflammatory meds. After taking super curcumin for about 2 months, I notice that I've not had to wear a finger splint at night or deal with stiff finger joints in the morning. Zinc and super curcumin is a great combination to help my immunity keep up with my hectic lifestyle, with the occasional B-complex if I need more brain energy that day. I often combine this with Magnesium (and Hydr-Aid if I can) for post working out / before bedtime.

My energy booster

I get regular heat rashes on my face with our SG heat, however after taking this regularly for one month, I hardly get them anymore. I also feel that my immune system has greatly improved as I used to be prone to falling sick easily (getting sore throats whenever I eat even slightly heaty/fried/oily foods or being near people who are sick on public transport) - however I haven’t been sick as of late despite a flu bug going around. This is one of those supplements that work well but it’s not super obvious, only when you look back then you realise that it’s been supporting your body quietly. Will continue to repurchase!
