This works! It really helped eased cramps just before and during the first few days and I have taken less painkillers as a result. Will get more once my current batch is finished.

Bought the duo from QRA few months ago, tried it and it worked a little. Debloat works well. Crampless gives lesser pain cramps (like 4/10 instead of normal 6/10 pain). Took 2 capsules daily during period and it gave me a nosebleed.

I have both endometriosis and adenomyosis and my adeno will be with me until I remove my uterus. I was not expecting a cure or to be painless, but anything that helps reduce even 20% of pain is a godsend to me. I used to take 6 painkillers (ultracet/tramadol) per cycle and now with cramp less (taken a few days before and during cycle) I am down to taking 2-3 only (for the past 3 cycles). It isn’t my miracle cure but it is my miracle pain reducer in a jar. I hope this helps people other sufferers as well. Thank you for making this and your other supplements. Cannot live without it now.

I was initially skeptical on the effectiveness of cramp/less but decided to give it a go since I wanted to reduce on my painkiller intake and try a natural remedy for my cramps. I get cramps all the time sometimes not even during my periods due to my endometriosis. It reduces my cramps to a minimum and also helps with all my other symptoms. Love that it uses all natural ingredients too.

For years, I have struggled with really bad cramps that often left me needing to eat Panadol. Until I found cramp/less, it is infused with natural ingredients specifically renowned for alleviating cramps which I feel it is safer to eat regularly. Usually have cramps on day 1/2 of my period and will take it on the day itself. Within a few hours of taking it the cramps are gone and my energy levels are back up! Tried the trial version and thinking of getting the full one! :)

for someone who experience cramps every months pre period, id say this works better for me especially someone who can't be on painkillers constantly. its herbal, safe to use and won't worry about the side effects.

I’ve only started taking it and I must say it helped to dull my cramps just a few days leading up to my period. However, during the actual period, I continued to feel the same intensity for my cramps and headaches. Maybe I need to take it more consistently. Overall, still a good product and I’ll cont to take it monthly.
