The first time I consumed debloat was during my period. I was bleeding heavily, my cramps were so bad and my tummy was bloated so much that it hurts to even lie down - which sucks because I'd lie down in bed often during my heavy periods. But upon consumption of debloat, the uncomfortable, tight feeling on my tummy went away and I was even able to get a good night sleep. Since then, I've always been a fan of debloat. I’m always susceptible to wind (angin) and getting bloated after eating or traveling. After taking de/bloat it makes it easier for me to let the wind out and have and easier digestion which lessen the burden that my body have to handle every time I got ill from the wind.

This is so effective for me! Sometimes I get gassy before bedtime and this has helped me manage it and I sleep better.
